Your control panel for all parcel settings
You must be standing on your parcel to see its settings. Check the top bar to see which parcel you're on!
Each tab controls different aspects of your land
The overview tab showing basic information about your parcel.
Give your land a name. This appears in the top bar and search results.
Add details about your parcel. Useful for clubs, stores, or attractions.
Shows how many objects (prims) you've used and your limit.
Displays the parcel owner and group information.
Control parcel behavior and restrictions.
Check to allow flying. Uncheck to keep visitors on the ground.
Enable/disable scripts from running on your land.
Prevent combat damage. Recommended for most parcels.
Set where visitors arrive when they teleport to your land.
Set up streaming media for your parcel.
Enter a video stream URL. This can display on screens placed on your land. Supports: YouTube, Vimeo, RTMP streams, image URLs.

Enter an audio stream URL for background music. Commonly used for: DJs, radio stations, ambient music.

Control who can visit your land.
Default setting - anyone can visit your land. Best for: Shops, clubs, public venues, welcome areas.
Add specific people who CAN enter your land, even if restricted.
Block specific people from entering your land.
Restrict access to group members only. Great for private communities.

Additional audio stream controls (similar to Media tab's Music URL).
Set your parcel's background music stream here. This is the same as the Music URL in the Media tab on most viewers.
Not all viewers show a separate Sound tab. If you don't see it, use the Music URL field in the Media tab instead.
If you own a full region, you can divide it into multiple parcels with different settings.
How: World → Land → Subdivide (requires region permissions)
Set objects to automatically return to owners after a certain time.
Where: Options tab → "Other" section → Auto Return
Make your land discoverable in world search results.
How: Options tab → Check "Show Place in Search"
Take a beautiful photo to represent your land in search and profiles.
How: Take snapshot → Save → General tab → Set Snapshot
